On arrival the rooms are ready for you from 4.00 pm onwards. On departure day we request you to clear the rooms by 10.00 am.
If you cancel, for whatever reason, from the date of your reservation, the recommended cancellation fees of the Austrian Hotel Association apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival date - no charge
- 3 to 1 month before arrival date - 40% cancellation costs
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival date - 70% cancellation costs
- final week before arrival date - 90% cancellation
